IT Controller & Service Manager
Combitech söker IT Controller & Service Manager, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning IT Controller & Service Manager, nivå 4 We are looking for an IT Controller & Service Manager to take a leading role in the financial management of our operating data centre. You will give stakeholders a clear view of costs, help plan future expenditure and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without losing sight of service needs. This role combines financial control with service management. You will work with technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to connect spending to the services the data centre provides. What you will do • Track, analyse and report data-centre costs, including infrastructure, licences, maintenance and supplier charges. • Develop budgets and forecasts, explain variances and highlight emerging cost risks. • Improve cost allocation and transparency so stakeholders understand what drives expenditure. • Support procurement, renewals and investment proposals with financial analysis and service-impact assessments. • Follow up supplier costs and contractual commitments. • Work with technical and service teams to balance cost, capacity, reliability and future needs. • Present clear recommendations to the people responsible for financial and service decisions. Your profile You have experience in IT financial control, service management or a role combining both. You are comfortable working with budgets, forecasts and complex cost data, and you can turn your analysis into practical recommendations. We would particularly value experience with data-centre or infrastructure services, supplier management, IT contracts, cost allocation and service reporting. You are structured, analytical and collaborative. You ask good questions, make financial information understandable and work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You are comfortable communicating and collaborating in both Swedish and English.
