Combitech söker Strategic Project Manager / transformative leader, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning Strategic Project Manager / transformative leader, nivå 4 As a Frontrunner Lead, you will have a central role at the intersection of our Business Units and Common Tech. You will lead and orchestrate Frontrunner engagements, bringing together the right people, capabilities and decisions to turn strategic opportunities into successful outcomes. You will guide engagements from qualification through execution and closure. By creating structure, alignment and momentum across organizational boundaries, you will help ensure that Frontrunners deliver customer value, contribute to the development and adoption of Polaris Building Blocks, and generate learnings that benefit the wider organization. Your responsibilities In this role, you will: • Lead and coordinate Polaris Frontrunner engagements from qualification through execution and closure • Guide Business Unit project managers and Frontrunner teams through the Frontrunner process, creating alignment and momentum across organizational boundaries • Coordinate Common Tech engagement and deliveries, including developing and maintaining the Frontrunner roadmap in GitHub Enterprise and securing commitments from relevant delivery teams • Plan and follow up deliveries from the Common Tech Acceleration Team, identifying and addressing risks, dependencies and obstacles • Facilitate pulse meetings, team syncs, planning sessions, governance forums and decision-making processes • Communicate progress, priorities and escalation needs to leadership, while representing the Frontrunner’s needs across Common Tech Your profile We are looking for an experienced leader or project manager who knows how to create clarity, alignment and forward momentum in a complex, cross-functional environment. You combine strong leadership, facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities with sufficient technical understanding to work credibly with both business and technology stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating dependencies, differing priorities and partial information without losing sight of the intended customer and business outcomes. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: • Experience leading complex projects or initiatives in a matrix organization • A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience establishing alignment, facilitating decisions and managing stakeholder expectations • The ability to translate strategic direction into actionable roadmaps, commitments and follow-up • An understanding of software development, digital transformation, data or AI • The ability to communicate effectively in English; Swedish is an advantage • An understanding of the Polaris strategy, Common Tech and Polaris Building Blocks, or the ability to quickly build this understanding Who you are You are structured and hands-on, and you are comfortable moving between executive discussions and detailed planning with delivery teams. You listen to different perspectives, create trust across organizational boundaries and are prepared to challenge constructively when alignment or decisions are needed. You can operate effectively when all information is not yet available. Rather than waiting for perfect conditions, you establish a workable direction, make uncertainties visible and help the team take the next meaningful step.
