Combitech söker IFS Surf Area Super User, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning IFS Surf Area Super User, nivå 4 We require an experienced IFS Surf Area Super User Consultant to support two independent implementation and improvement initiatives across two Product Units. The consultant will act as the functional authority for IFS Surf within the assigned areas, ensuring efficient usage, process alignment, user support, continuous improvement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Local Super Users (LSU) will be appointed by affected Product Units to support the roll out and implementation according to needs. The consultant will: Functional Ownership • Serve as the subject matter expert for IFS Surf and act as ambassador for best practices. • Ensure correct and efficient use of Surf within the assigned Product Units. • Understand and challenge business requirements to ensure solutions align with business processes and system capabilities. • Maintain strong knowledge of related business processes, procedures, and surrounding IFS ecosystem. Improvement & Governance • Identify, analyze, and propose process and system improvements to Maintenance. Organization • Drive and coordinate change requests and improvement initiatives for the BU. • Participate in prioritization and decision-making related to Surf enhancements. • Support harmonization of ways of working across Product Units where applicable. • Monitor system usage and proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and value. User Support & Communication • Support local super users and key stakeholders with expertise and guidance. • Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and Surf governance. • Communicate relevant updates, changes, and opportunities to the organization. • Maintain and update local work instructions and supporting documentation where needed. Incident & Issue Management • Support handling of system incidents and operational issues. • Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions. • Coordinate with other IFS-related solution owners when required. Project Support • Support delivery within agreed scope, priorities, timelines, and budget. • Contribute to planning and coordination of activities and resources. • Provide expert input to ongoing and future Surf-related initiatives. Required Experience • 5+ years of experience working with IFS ERP, preferably IFS Surf. • Proven experience as Super User, Process Owner, Functional Lead, or Business Analyst within IFS environments. • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across business and IT organizations. • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements. • Experience from manufacturing, engineering, defence, aerospace, or other complex project-based organizations is highly desirable. • Experience managing change requests, incidents, and improvement portfolios. Required Skills: Functional & Business • Deep understanding of IFS Surf functionality and administration. • Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as engineering, project management, supply chain, production, or support functions. • Ability to translate business needs into system and process improvements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Stakeholder Management • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively. • Skilled at working across organizational boundaries. Delivery & Execution • Structured and proactive way of working. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. • Strong prioritization and coordination skills. • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Deliverables success criteria • All customer delivery projects are managed through IFS SURF. • A harmonized process exists across Product Units while allowing necessary business specific variations. • End-to-end traceability is available for procurement, inventory, delivery, and financial follow-up. • Both standard products and complex systems-of-systems can be managed efficiently within the solution. • Multi-site and multi-project operations are supported without requiring parallel tools or workarounds. • Users have access to appropriate support, expertise, and governance to ensure sustainable adoption and continuous improvement. Assignment duration Initial assignment covering two parallel Product Unit engagements, with possibility of extension based on future Surf development and business needs. Start: Need from early 2027 (or before if possible) until further notice, minimum 1 year with prolonging based on needs.
