Combitech söker Industrial Engineer, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning Industrial Engineer - Production development, nivå 3 Your role You will be a part of a team that is responsible for production development Your main responsibilities include: • Development of production setups • Responsibility for manufacturing planning, including: • Design for Assembly (DfA) • Lead time calculations • Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and FMEA • Production flow and layout planning • Development and optimization of production methods and manufacturing processes • Responsibility for investments and business case development • Specification, sourcing, and implementation of new machinery • Oversight of installation activities and coordination with internal teams and external contractors • Participation in, or leadership of, the implementation of new digital solutions and technologies You will also be involved in cross-functional assignments together with areas such as Manufacturing, Product Development, Customer Projects and Businesses Intelligence. Your skills and experience You are a person with an open mind, a genuine interest in technology and a structured way of working. You have good knowledge and interest to learn manufacturing processes and flows for products with relative small series. We need you to take overall technical responsibility within our industrialization process when new products are introduced in our production and if necessary create new production lines. To thrive in this role, you should be a person with your own drive and desire to succeed, but you also need to be able to function well in teams. High demands are placed on your communication skills, flexibility and willingness to cooperate. Required skills: • Master degree within areas such as Production, Manufacturing, Logistics and Industrial Engineering • Communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written • General interest of technical products and solutions • Experience of creating RFQ and purchasing and commisioing of new equipment • Knowledge in FMEA and design for manufacturing Desired skills: • Knowledge in FMEA and design for manufacturing • Experience of CAD software • Experience with working in ERP/PLM-systems (such as IFS) • Experience of creating RFQ and purchasing and commissioning of new equipment • Open to learn new software’s and tools • It is meritorious if you have experience from industry 4.0 with special focus on digitalization and automatization of production processes or/and experience from working with smart factories and connected production enviroments Uppdraget kan omfattas av försvarssekretess, vilket innebär krav på svenskt medborgarskap och godkännande av säkerhetsprövning utförd av myndighet.
