Recruiter
Combitech söker Recruiter, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning Recruiter/rekryterare. Uppdraget är ett vikariat för en föräldraledig medarbetare hos kund. As a recruiter your main responsibility is to recruit our new employees. Among other things, this means that you will: - Lead the recruitment process from start to finish - Support security vetting process for new hires - Keep candidates and hiring managers informed of the process - Work with employer branding and attract future employees In addition to your daily tasks, you will also contribute to the ongoing development within our global HR model. You will work from the office in Västerås, Sweden and there is a possibility to work remote a few day per week when the work schedule allows it. In the role as recruiter, you belong to a global recruitment team with colleagues all over the world. You will support recruitments in Sweden. You will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team and the local HR team in Sweden and in the team, you will find HR-partners and recruiters working closely together. In the role as recruiter, you will work with our hiring managers to find the right profile for their roles. This is assignment will cover for maternity leave for approx. 12 months. Profil: • Utbildning: Bachelor Human Resources Management or equal • Krav: A few years’ experience working with recruitment. Experience working in a global company • Önskvärt: If you have previously worked in a industrial company we see that as something positive • Språk och nivå: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Uppdragsinformation Uppdragslängd: ca 2026-12-01 – 2027-07-31, med ev. möjlighet till förlängning Omfattning: 100% Placeringsort: Västerås
