Project Leader
Combitech söker Project Leader, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning Project Leader, nivå 4 We are looking for a senior project manager with documented experience leading similar combined technical and organizational transformation programs in complex, regulated environments. Scope and Responsibilities The consultant will lead the 9LV Future Development Environment project end-to-end, with accountability across four areas: Project leadership • Own end-to-end delivery: from detailed planning through pilot, validation, and full rollout. • Plan and track activities, milestones, risks, and cross-project dependencies. • Prepare and chair steering group meetings; manage escalation and decision processes. • Set-up and lead the suitable project team Technical transition • Drive the migration to a new development platform, tool chain, and integration landscape. • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met, including system accreditation. Organizational transformation • The implementation of the new development environment will require interaction with different parts of the organization; Business Area IT, Group IT, other countries local IT and DevEnv, BU IT and the organization that now has the responsibility of the present development environment. • Lead the change in ways of working, roles, governance, and decision structures. • Drive organizational adoption: communication, training, and change activities. • Embed flow-based delivery, integrated compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Roadmap and evolution • Define and initiate the post–go-live roadmap for further scaling and evolution of the environment. The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, IT, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional, multi-site and multi-domestic setup Uppdraget kan omfattas av försvarssekretess, vilket innebär krav på svenskt medborgarskap och godkännande av säkerhetsprövning utförd av myndighet.
