Combitech söker System Engineer, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning System Engineer, nivå 4 We are seeking an Data & AI Specialist with scrum master’s experience to join our Software Excellence and Information Assurance (SWEIXA) team. In this senior role, you will take a leading role in AI implementations, development, configuration, and support of cloud native Data and AI platforms. You will work closely with other platform development teams to ensure our Data & AI tools and platforms are secure, efficient, and aligned with our customers' needs. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Main Responsibilities • Lead the team as per Scrum, backlog planning, lead daily’s, refinement, retrospectives, support the product owner. • Take lead in both development, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud Native Data & AI On-Prem Platforms • Collaborate with customers to integrate Data & AI tools and platforms into our products and services to fit their requirements. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends and provide strategic input for the product roadmap and mentor colleagues when needed. • Conduct regular reviews and updates of AI environments to ensure optimal performance. • Document processes and create guidelines for AI environment management. • Occasional travel may be required. Qualifications Need-to-Have: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, similar technical field or equivalent work experience. • Software development experience. • Proven experience in installing, configuring, and supporting AI environments or DevOps environments. • Solid understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring team members. • Familiarity with source code repository applications (e.g., Git, SVN). • Scrum Master experience with SAFe. • Solid agile working knowledge, including: • Planning with Jira and estimating tasks with SMART goals. • Acceptance criteria. • Story point estimation. • Velocity tracking. • Proficient Linux and Container knowledge (Linux/Kubernetes Certification is favorable). • Implementation of automation pipelines (CI/CD) using ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflows, Github Actions or other runners. • Pipeline experience with build, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), SAST, DAST, Artifactory release, and deployment to staging/production. • Scanning third-party libraries and container images for vulnerabilities. • Proficiency in English. Nice-to-Have: • Programming languages: Golang and/or Python (AI with Python is merited). • Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). • AI software development experience. • AI deployment and operations experience. • Deep Learning OR Machine Learning. • DevSecOps with a security-first approach. • LLM concepts (prompting, RAG, Agentic AI). • Scrum Master certification. • AI certifications (Google/AWS/Microsoft). • NVIDIA developer certification.
