Combitech söker Senior Business Analyst, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning Senior Business Analyst for horizontal environmental and sustainability business requirements, nivå 4 Context: Our Product Compliance Program purpose is to enable correct environmental and sustainability reporting for all our products throughout their lifecycle. Regulatory compliance, customer requirements and technical standards are the basis for the business requirement definition and future solutions. Role description: In this role you will start to focus on business requirements (WS1) and eventually gradually shift focus to process impact management (WS2). Business requirement definition Your primary task is to provide hands-on support to the requirement workstream in the program. Experts are assigned, from several corporate functions and business areas, to provide deep competence in their respective fields. Your role will be to work closely together with them to drive progress and secure agreed deliverables. In practice it will be to ask the right questions, build hypothesis, work with iterative feedback loops and create documentation throughout the process. Purpose is to leverage the line organization expertise while using their scarce time efficiently. You will need to plan and conduct workshops to align the different requirement areas, for example ensure consistency in the requirement definition, identify potential overlaps and agree on prioritizations. Outcome to be summarized with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations. Another important task, in this part of the assignment, is to ensure that requirements and prioritizations are continuously updated and refined, for example when the regulatory landscape changes. The expected result is a list of prioritized requirements (data attributes) presented in an implementation roadmap depending on when they need to be available for external reporting. Process impact management: This role is to identify impacted processes and how to close potential gaps. The starting point is business requirements which continuously will evolve during the project. You will mainly work through our Process Methods & Tools structure where you will have access to expertise. It will be important to proactively drive the work to achieve expected results. Expected deliverables are gap analysis and plans for closing the process gaps.   Required Consulting skills: • Relevant business consulting experience • Used to work iteratively with hypothesis driven problem solving and feedback loops • Can quickly produce and present results in a clear way • Proven ability to work efficiently with senior experts • Ability to be proactive and drive the process forward • Workshop facilitation skills • Truly committed to deliver on time with quality • Advanced in MS office tools, especially Powerpoint and Excel Functional competence • Business requirement definition and process management • General knowledge within the sustainability regulatory landscape • Understanding of the manufacturing industry circular value chain • Understanding of PLM and ERP systems • Brief understanding of Process & IT development General assignment information: Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 6 months with possible extension Extent: 100% (full time) Location: Gothenburg (preferred) but could be flexible Travelling: Occasionally Uppdraget kan omfattas av försvarssekretess, vilket innebär krav på svenskt medborgarskap och godkännande av säkerhetsprövning utförd av myndighet.
