Combitech söker Risk & Compliance Manager, för uppdrag hos kund Beskrivning We're seeking an experienced Risk, Opportunity & Compliance Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Procurement department adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk & opportunity management. The main tasks are: - Drive and develop our work within Risk & Opportunity management. - Provide expertise, training, and support to Your colleagues, e.g., Procurement Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Supplier Quality Managers. - Audit and review to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. - Ensure that the Procurement department comply with different applicable requirements included in customer contracts, and local laws and regulations. - Represent the Procurement department at audits against FAR & DFARS, ISO 27001, or other customer specific requirements. - Risk assess, monitor, and improve to keep our international sites at or above minimum level of compliance. - Monitor and report on key compliance and risk indicators to senior management. - Drive, coordinate, or participate in different projects, activities, or cross-functional work flows as the Procurement representative in the area of risk, opportunity, and compliance management. This role reports to Procurement Operational Development. This position is placed at our office in Stockholm, Karlstad, Karlskoga or Linköping. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, occur. Profile: To succeed the candidate will have: - University degree in Engineering, Economics, Legal or Business Management. - Proven experience (5+ years) from work within risk & compliance management. - Fluency in both Swedish and English. - Knowledge of legal aspects, laws, regulations, standards and best practices relating to risk handling and compliance monitoring. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team and ensure high quality according to policies and procedures. - You are a good listener and a driven communicator (verbally and written). - Knowledge of risk and compliance within the area of supply chain, and information security - Experience of project management is an advantage. - Personal qualities will be of outmost importance and it is paramount that you give attention to details, are trustworthy, solution oriented, and take responsible for your actions and tasks.
